I’m Mandy, and I am a fully insured Integrative Counsellor, EMDR Therapist, and Clinical Hypnotherapist who is registered with the BACP, and specialises in trauma, anxiety, weightloss, addictions and pain.
There are times in life when you might feel isolated and unsure about who to confide in or where to find support for your worries and struggles. Is this something that you need help with now? Are you feeling drained both mentally and physically? If you’re looking for someone experienced to talk to openly and without judgment, I’m here to offer that safe space. I can offer you sessions through face-to-face in my counselling room in Rhyl, online via Zoom or telephone via Whatsapp, whichever feels most comfortable for you.
My role is to listen, support, and help you navigate these challenging moments. You can express yourself freely, knowing that everything you share is kept strictly confidential.
